The product
VK HRM is an internal human-resources system. It covers organisation charts, employee records, vacancies, equipment, and kanban-style workflows for HR teams.
My role
I led the technical work across a Strapi-backed service and a Refine frontend, connecting the records HR needed with the way the team actually moved work.
The scope
This was not a public careers product. It had to stay accurate for people who already work at the company, and remain maintainable as the org chart and vacancy lists changed.
Outcome
The system became the internal HR surface used alongside the public careers work.
