The work
At Superside, I migrated more than 100,000 users between Amazon Cognito environments. The project included rebuilding the authentication experience and managing the data migration and ETL process over two months.
My responsibility
My work covered both the user-facing authentication experience and the underlying migration process. I was responsible for implementation and for maintaining the transition as data moved between environments.
The scope
The work connected a visible product experience with a substantial data migration. It required sustained ownership beyond shipping the initial authentication changes.
Outcome
More than 100,000 users were migrated through a two-month transition.
